What does the verification system provide?

Version traceability

Document number, issue date and time, and the current version number.

File comparison

Compare the supplied file’s digital fingerprint with the registered copy.

Certification controls

View document status, revoke certification and set an availability expiry date.

Correction history

Retain previous versions for office administration and record the reason for correction.

Try verification before discussing a contract

Explore certification states, download a sample and compare its digital fingerprint. All example data is fictional.

Clear information for your evaluation

This describes how the current system works. Each organisation’s requirements are reviewed before agreeing to process its documents.

Document access

The current service makes an active document available to anyone holding its verification link or code. Treat the link as a means of accessing the document.

Visible information

Document details and the description are displayed. Descriptions may contain personal information and should be reviewed before issue.

File comparison on your device

The comparison tool calculates the selected file’s fingerprint in your browser without uploading that file to the server.

Revocation and retention

Revocation or expiry stops public file access. It does not automatically delete the retained records or files.

Digital verification

Verification relies on the office record and the file fingerprint. The system does not currently include a digital signature certificate from a licensed certification provider.

Organisation requirements

Confidentiality, processing location, retention and delivery arrangements are agreed after review. This page is not a compliance certificate or a government endorsement.

Request a proposal

Send your organisation’s brief

Define the scope, review your details and submit the request directly. You will receive a reference once it is recorded, so the office can follow up using your contact details. Pricing and deadlines follow a review of the brief; a suitable channel for sensitive documents is agreed separately.

Before requesting a proposal

Is the demo a certified document?

No. It contains fictional data, creates no real certification record and provides no access to client documents.

How are prices and deadlines agreed?

They depend on the languages, specialism, volume, formatting and requested deadline. A tailored proposal follows a review of the requirements.

How can we request supplier qualification documents?

List the documents your organisation requires so the office can provide relevant available documentation during contracting.
